It’s not the grapes..intermittent fasting next

Well it’s not the grapes that caused the weight gain or preventing the weight loss. I think the swelling of the feet the and the weight are tied in somehow just don’t know how. I follow the weight watchers each week and nothing. I eat a mostly plant based diet and work out 5 days a week. Truthfully my clothes fit they just aren’t as loose as they should be. The bigger size pants are really too big but this is where I’m at now. I’m doing all the right things.

I thought I’d try intermittent fasting. This site gives all the information on intermittent fasting. The benefits and how to. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/intermittent-fasting-guide#

I am going to try the 16:8. You eat within an eight hour window and fast during the 16. Since I don’t eat breakfast anyway, this is an easy one for me. I just eat my fruit at 12:00pm. I choose a 12-8pm window. It’s my coffee. I can have black coffee which I hate or I have to wait until my window opens. Hey another thing I’ll try for a few weeks. It can hurt. I’m hoping it does something. However I still think there is a link with the edema and the weight which says medical. That I’m at a loss on.

  1. I do the intermittent fasting and 12-8 is basically my window. I still have oj and coffee (milk and sugar) at 10 ish and this really works for me. They say you’re changing your body from using sugar to using fat for fuel and that once your body changes, you don’t have cravings or feel hunger like you used to… I have found this to be true. Good luck!

    1. Thank you for the input. Today I didn’t drink my coffee but I’ll get a caffeine headache. I need coffee. I use half n half. I thought I can do without the food not the coffee. I hope it helps.
