Today my arm was hurting so much I couldn’t work out. Couldn’t even do Zumba in a chair because my arm couldn’t do the moves. I am extremely frustrated and just deflated. 8 years I’ve woke up and workout. I’m now on 4 days I haven’t with Sunday being my normal day off. Doesn’t even make a difference.
