Too much fruit causing weight gain
I might have solved my own weight problem. I think I figured out what was causing me to put on weight and not take it off even on a diet. The answer was fruit. FRUIT!!!! Yup, you heard it right. I was on a mostly plant-based diet but I ate a ton of fruit. Fruit was always my breakfast and fruit was always my snacks. Those frozen grapes.
