I have been fighting migraines since Saturday. During my teleconference with my neurologist he informed me that my insurance company was no longer going to cover my Relpax prescription. These are the pills I take when a migraine gets really bad. My prescription fills at 6 pills per month under the generic version Eletriptan. They gave my doctor two other options to try. This will be brief because I don’t have too much energy for concentration. I just can’t get out of the migraine cycle. I took my migraine pill yesterday didn’t help. Took it again today and that’s really not good. I take a preventative medicine for migraines, Topiramate. I’ve been taking Topiramate for 4 years increasing from 25mg to my current dosage of 75mg. My doctor just increased the dosage and the times I take it. Now I’m taking 100mg but…
