Pretty simple recipe. My sister adds a little almond extract to the recipe.
Just mix and refrigerate for a few hours. At first the consistency threw me but once I got past that, I found it actually pretty good. Plus it works that’s the main thing. Try it out and tell me what you think. This recipe calls for whole psyllium husk, I found mine on Amazon. I used apple cider from Trader Joe’s.
