For me I follow a 16:8 cycle. I eat between the hours of 12-8 and fast the other hours. This is the cycle that works best for me and keeps me from noshing at night. In the last year I’ve been battling a 8-10lb weight gain. The weight gain came on over a couple of months towards the end of last summer. This was when i had to stop working out because of shoulder tendinitis. At that point I joined weight watchers.
