A Sunday Motivation

A Sunday Motivation

As sent to me from my life coach: This is just a little Sunday reminder to: Hear yourself Honor yourself Heal yourself Know yourself Protect yourself Inspire yourself Enjoy yourself Celebrate yourself And Love yourself Don’t wait for somebody else to do this for you– (they can’t!). Nobody deserves it more than you!!!! So I encourage you to ask yourself: What is one thing that you can do today, tomorrow, (and/or the next day) to make it the “best day…

Your thoughts create your world-money issues

Your thoughts create your world-money issues

I’ve worked on my issues with money for the past few years with my life coach. I use to live in fear. I was in complete credit card debit, couldn’t afford most things I bought and was always in fear I would never have enough. Guess what? I never had enough. My life coach had helped me to change the way I look at my money. I used a mantra all the time, and still do, money is easy and…

Two year renewal of Multiple Experiences

Two year renewal of Multiple Experiences

It’s official, today I renewed my blog’s domain name for another two years. This also renewed my iPage contract that my blog is hosted through. I made my commitment to my blog, to my readers and to myself. That means I’m going to be around every day for another two years. I have to admit, I’ve been a little lazy with this blog. I haven’t put much effort in lately. It wasn’t done on purpose, it was just a tough…

3 blocks to your abundance

3 blocks to your abundance

Over the last few years I’ve witnessed so many people gain the confidence to get out there, be heard and help others. People from all walks of life hear the call to take action. I heard the call read my spiritual journey here. https://multipleexperiences.org/2018/06/06/my-spiritual-journey/ I decided I wanted to be a life coach for people with chronic illness. I heard the call. But as soon as I heard that call, fear jumped in the mix. I thought who would pay…

Gabby Bernstein Free Own Your Confidence video

Gabby Bernstein Free Own Your Confidence video

I can’t believe I’ve been doing A Course in Miracles for almost 2 years. I can’t believe it’s been a year since my spirit junkie master class. I can’t believe how my life has changed so much in these two years. When you’re on a journey of spiritual growth and transformation, something pretty amazing can happen. At a certain point, you hear the call to share the lessons you’ve learned. But even when that call is loud, I know the…

It’s just me, myself and I

It’s just me, myself and I

Oh, it’s just me, myself and I Solo ride until I die ‘Cause I got me for life Oh I don’t need a hand to hold Even when the night is cold I got that fire in my soul I woke up singing this song this morning. It’s easy to feel that way with a chronic illness. Especially if you’re single. It’s not that I don’t have a great family, I do. It’s not that I don’t have great friends,…

The sounds of an MRI

The sounds of an MRI

In having MRIs for 20 years, you get used to hearing the sounds. To me, they are extremely meditative. I end up making words to the beats of the sounds and go into the deepest meditations I’ve ever had. I’ve had several of my biggest epiphanies in MRIs. Each section they do, has this specific to droning sound. I find the more I concentrated on words to the sounds the more relaxed I become. I know this probably sounds weird….

A funny MS story…you have to find the humor

A funny MS story…you have to find the humor

I’ve written in my blog, some time over the past week, that my knees are so sore from crawling around when I’m on the floor and I have to find a place to help me stand up. Yesterday was just a bad MS day. I was frustrated, I was having difficulty walking and it just seemed I ended up with my knees down on the ground, not in falls, but I had to keep crawling around to help myself stand…

An autobiography in 5 chapters by Portia Nelson

An autobiography in 5 chapters by Portia Nelson

This was sent to me by my sister over two years ago when I started on my path of self-discovery and spiritual understanding. At first I didn’t quite understand the meaning until I started to understand myself, my actions and more importantly my thoughts. As I myself heal this poem became clearer and clearer to me. It’s one of those poems that are saved in my favorites in my phone and on my computer because every now and then I…

I swallowed my pride and bought pants in a bigger size

I swallowed my pride and bought pants in a bigger size

I think I could just write the title and stop there. It was a big deal for me. I worked very hard to get into the size 8 that I was. More importantly I stayed in that size for eight years. I still have no answers to what’s going on and why my weight keeps coming on the way it is but it is but I can’t stop it. I’m doing all the right things and it’s just not coming…
