My ex-husband has now asked me twice, “have you listened to the new U2 album, it’s really good?”He, knowing how I am, said after you get through the first and second listening time, you’ll really love it. I’ve been a U2 fan since I was about 10. Lately, in the last 5-6 years, I really don’t listen to you to them all that much. I’m still in their fan club, I still have a ton of paraphernalia from them and I still call myself a huge fan but I very rarely play an U2 songs. Yesterday, I decided to finally listen to the new album. It is good, it’s very U2. It was funny when I was telling my daughter why we had to listen to it, I told her it was because I was still madly in love with her father and he told me too. That gave me a chuckle for a good hour. You had to see her face. I don’t know the album enough to play one of the new songs so I decided to play one of my all-time favorite songs.
