After 8+ years, I have to give up my normal everyday workout routines. I need to find something else that works that doesn’t aggravate my shoulder tendonitis. I’m hibernating for the summer. For most people with MS heat is very difficult. It causes fatigue and muscle weakness, spasms and it basically exacerbates all your current symptoms. A few months ago there was this sound this clanking sound coming from the refrigerator. I must say I can follow directions put things together, tighten things when they seem loose, make minor repairs but major breakdowns, I’m not your girl. I dropped my $100 Aria scale yesterday which shattered on the floor into a million pieces because of my hands with ataxia but that’s ok I’m happy.
