High heart rate

High heart rate

I am very slowly getting some strength. The key word there is slowly. I knew I would need to have a lot of patience. I just thought maybe there would be a little muscle memory. Unfortunately, my problem was because of muscle atrophy, not muscle weakness. It is not so easy to rebuild muscle 24 years into your multiple sclerosis life. I couldn’t maintain the muscle I had before I ended up in the hospital. My disability always got worse…

I’m back….

I’m back….

In the hospital that is. I was home a total of 5 days before I ended up once again in these too familiar surroundings. It started the day after I got home. I actually slid off my bed onto my stool. From there I couldn’t stand up. I had to have EMS come and get me off floor. A great beginning to being home from the hospital. That day I was spent from doing anything else. I never got out…

Back in the hospital again

Back in the hospital again

I had set up a video call with my primary doctor which seemed to prove pointless but actually ended up starting the…

I pressed the med alert button

I pressed the med alert button

I got the Covid booster on Wednesday. I felt okay until the early morning hours of Thursday. That’s when I started feeling achy. I attempted to go to the bathroom and I didn’t have the strength to get myself off the toilet. Thankfully I was able to get myself up from my wheelchair. If I knew that this would be the beginning of the horrible day I was about to have, I wouldn’t have done anything different because I couldn’t…

Doterra oils to the rescue

Doterra oils to the rescue

I’ve written so many blogs on these oils. I was a consultant trying to make a few extra dollars, that wasn’t for me but it didn’t stop me believing in the products. I have oils all over my house. There are certain ones that I use everyday, like serenity. https://multipleexperiences.org/2018/02/07/serenity-oil-and-my-dogs/ This is still the only oil I use in my bedroom when I’m going to sleep. It works great for me and Zoey. Once we get Minx settled down, it…
