Can you sue an insurance company for stress? I know you can sue debt collectors if their actions cause undue stress. I was wondering about insurance. OCREVUS (Ocrelizumab) is the new approved drug for the treatment of patients with relapsing or primary progressive forms of multiple sclerosis. My doctor called yesterday because she received part of the results of my MRI. Turns out I have a bulging disc in my neck area on the right side.
