These aren’t new symptoms they come and go. I just wish I knew why. I guess I wish I knew why with a lot of MS related things. Spasticity has been bad this week. I worked in a nursing home for 13 years. I was in finance but I was in charge of the census daily. The census was how many people were currently in the home. It showed any new people that came in and anyone that left. It also showed diagnosis of these individuals. There are steps recommended to prepare for your doctor appointment. Write down any new symptoms you’ve been experiencing if this is your ongoing doctor or all symptoms if this is a new doctor. Yesterday I wanted to write a post about which medicines are working. I woke up yesterday feeling great, great as far as a good MS day. I worked out Saturday, Sunday and Monday having no pain in my arm or shoulder.  What was more amazing was my stamina. I was able to get through each workout.
