Sweetest little candy store
Yesterday was another lovely day out. Perfect weather, sunny not to hot just so pretty. That wasn’t what made it so lovely though, my youngest cousin came from the city and spent the day. Have you ever met that beautiful person that was just so genuinely nice and endearing? That is my cousin. She has the most beautiful smile that just seems to always be on. Just a completely genuine nice person on top of it all. I take all the credit for her up bringing. Just kidding she grew up in Florida ?. We all went to this brunch place in Huntington called Toast & Co. When asked how was it, all I could answer was that we finished everything on our plates all of us so my guess was really good. Then my daughter wanted candy. Now who doesn’t smile from candy? Who doesn’t have that one childhood favorite thing that they may never eat but they still love? Candy Stores are happy places with big bows. This one we found was a cottage full of happy…
A little cottage set back just looking like it was a place that was going to be good and you walk inside to this….
How can you not be happy? Even if you aren’t a kid, not eating sugar or are grumpy from the seven dwarfs, how can this site not bring the smile to a persons face? Who’s eyes didn’t light up when Willy Wonka opened up the doors to his edible garden? Candy=happy because its childhood innocence. Well yesterday I said forget the diet and got my favorite candy.
Candy store Swedish fish taste much better than ones you buy in a bag and a Swedish fish just makes the day that much better. So beautiful cousin, gorgeous day, yummy brunch and happy candy store….yup I’d say another good day in the life with multiple sclerosis.
