A real workout from bed

A real workout from bed

I’m happy to report I haven’t felt any side effects from the infusion the other day. https://multipleexperiences.org/2022/05/06/rituxan-infusion-successful-2/. I might feel slightly more tired but it hasn’t stopped me. On both Saturday and Sunday, I did an actual workout from my bed. I put on one of my favorite cardio exercises programs from YouTube. It is a workout from Adapt to Perform. https://youtu.be/qbFvZEPTXDk. I had my Bionic Gym on at a high intensity, picked up a pole and turned on my…

Rocket Ship Yoga

Rocket Ship Yoga

My family means the world to me. They have been my support system for my multiple sclerosis since day 1. However, their support over the ordeal with the Covid and the pneumonia was beyond anything I have ever felt. It actually brought some of my relationships closer. Especially with my sister. She became the first person I text every morning in the hospital. We continued to do this even when I got home. In all the time I was sick…

Chair workouts

Chair workouts

I talk about working out so often I thought I should share some of my favorites. I go to Youtube often. There are so many free videos for working out that you have no excuse. I usually do 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. Yes, I do the MS Gym first and that I do pay for that program but that isn’t the main part of my exercise. The following are some I do with most consistency: Adapt to…

One of those mornings

One of those mornings

I’m having one of those mornings. I started sneezing yesterday and woke up not feeling great. I decided to sleep in which was until about 8:45 when Zoey decided it was time for kisses. My friend and fellow blogger just lost one of her dogs yesterday and it was weighing heavy on my heart. RIP sweet Tiger ????. I was happy to have the kisses from Zoey. I was up anyway Just as soon as my feet hit the floor…

Joining the MS Gym membership

Joining the MS Gym membership

I’m changing things up. I canceled my Les Mills on demand. I have not yet decided if i will cancel Beachbody. There are many programs i use that I have modified to fit my needs. However, I started the MS gym one month BGB boot camp trial https://themsgym.mykajabi.com/30daytrial. I am planning on joining as a member after. Truthfully the price of the monthly membership is high, more than I pay for all my on demand workout programs. The reason why…

Keep on moving

Keep on moving

I’m recovering from my Sh’bam workout. Have a nice sweat built up and I’m still breathing fast although I’m not out of breath. I’m always looking for new workout programs that I can do to continue to burn some calories while being mostly wheelchair bound. With this workout, from Les Mills, Zumba, and my favorites on Beachbody on demand, they allow me to workout my arms while I bop in my chair. My feet never move. I do get a…

New Years Day by U2

New Years Day by U2

As is my tradition each year, my first blog is New Years Day by U2. This song is off of the War album and was the album that began a very long obsession with the band but lead me to this picture and my signed War album. I use the USA remix because it is my favorite. https://youtu.be/Ssmo1ni-mxM You won’t hold me, hold me down You won’t break this heart I will be free again Stone cold night on a…

Love is blind campaign for brachycephalic dog breeds

Love is blind campaign for brachycephalic dog breeds

I saw this on a blog I follow https://doggymom.com/author/doggymomblog and had to share it with my own readers. It is about the brachycephalic breeds which include English bulldogs and French bulldogs. If you have ever seen my blog or if you haven’t my beloved first dog was an English Bulldog named Boomer that passed two years ago. I now have two lovable and snuggable French bulldogs, Zoey and Marshmallow. I love these breeds and the smushed faces but their increased…

Spiritual session Saturday-meditation

Spiritual session Saturday-meditation

Let’s start with the basic, what is meditation? Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.Wikipedia There are so many apps and YouTube videos out there on many different techniques for meditation.
