What is a multiple sclerosis good day? It’s obviously different for everybody.  Everybody has different symptoms, different challenges, different feelings and different things that they deal with in their daily life. So unfortunately, I can’t speak for everybody, I can only give my opinion. When you go to group meetings on the specific subjects, normally you talk about that subject. When I joined my MS support group,  I guess I thought it would be more of a round circle kind of discussion group. New York and the surrounding area is expecting a nor’easter tomorrow. Basically it means that everyone in the tri-state area makes French toast. You can’t find at the local supermarket eggs, milk or bread. I’ve lived in New York my whole life. I’ve  been through my share of the nor’easter’s, hurricanes, rainstorms, and even windstorms. I have yet  to see a time where we were unable to get a food delivery made to the local store to stock their shelves….

This is the strangest topic with multiple sclerosis because migraines themselves are a very tough thing to medically see and explain. Migraines don’t show up on any MRI, blood work or Cat Scan. Doctor’s go solely on the patients account of the symptoms. Yesterday was a bad day. First my doctor visit went as expected,  which was nowhere. What I mean, is that not much could be done at this point, my symptoms are treated symptomatically.
