I’ve been thinking…
Well I’ve been thinking about a lot of things. Probably a lot of pointless things, but i have a lot of time on my hands. I watch a lot of documentaries which can definitely put the mind into crazy conspiracy theories. I am so attracted to those types of documentaries that leave you questioning right from wrong, good from bad but especially justice in the court systems. I watch a lot of stuff on murders. However I’ve noticed my interest is actually starting to shift. I’ve become more interested in the conspiracies that are going on in our world today. I’ve been discussing politics even more than I’ve ever discussed politics in my whole life. I’ve become interested in learning. In the quiet of my house I watched different shows and documentaries that show another side of my own belief system.
I must admit I’m ignorant in many ways our country works. Truthfully, that’s really why I intelligently stay out of conversations. However, I don’t always want to be out of the conversation anymore. I’ve learned that I actually want to know. Now the problem in today’s world is, where do you go to find out anything? I literally was just saying to my dad it’s never been as bad as it is today. Depending on which news channel you watch or which paper you pick up, you can get two completely different answers. I don’t even know where to turn. It’s very hard to be informed. It’s very easy to go down the rabbit hole on one side of the conspiracy theories with the republican party or you can go the complete other way with the Democrats. It’s truly horrible, at least in my opinion. If you asked me, I still feel just as ignorant as I did before I started paying any attention. The more I try to learn the more confused I seem to get.
That’s really all I wanna say about politics because it’s certainly not a place or forum on my blog. I am certainly not one to take a stand either for or against our president on my blog. I would never ever want that here. I just want to learn more and understand and it seems so difficult to do. That’s really the only point I’m trying to make. Like I said this was just my own thinking, which is certainly only my opinion.
