Link for The MS Gym
I put up a permanent link to the MS gym on my homepage. I really encourage anyone with any disability to check this out. I have no affiliation with the gym. I’m not making any money. I really have put up this link because I honestly feel this is an amazing website. I’ve been doing one of the programs now for about 8 weeks and I’ve seen a difference. that’s a big deal. I’ve had MS for 22 years. It’s very rare for me to actually say good news anymore. Yet when I started, one of the exercises involving my ankle, I had no movement at all. Now my foot moves I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my core too. Even my OT therapist said my posture was good. Without a doubt that has to do with focusing on this program from the MS gym. The link that I have shows a lot of different ways for you to join or see the gym. I really hope you check it out.
