I haven’t been sleeping great. I’m up all night either using the bathroom or unable to get the right temperature. However I still wake up in the morning pretty bright eyed abs chipper. Starting each morning with some puppy love helps that situation.
I’ve put in some great workouts in the AM. Yesterday I did 52 minutes. That pretty intense especially since I didn’t go to bed until after 10:00. That’s when I realized that I’ve been doing really good lately.
I’m sure the fact that I haven’t done much of anything helps the situation. I was completely spent when I got my hair done last Thursday. Letting the pictures tell the story. Yet Saturday I was out with the dogs, daughter and my stepdad walking around the beautiful nautical mile. I was still bright and chipper even with a slight migraine. I have to see the positive of this situation and for me it’s that I’ve been feeling lively. I’ll take that. Thank you very much.
If life ever gets back to normal it will take me time to adjust again. My body can’t just adapt to a schedule of being out everyday. I will have to work up to my daily activities but that’s ok. I’m not in a rush to start therapy again anyway but I’ll leave that for another blog. I’m just thankful that I haven’t felt that crippling fatigue that has plagued me so much over the last year. It feels good to be up past 9. Provigil was definitely the right move to switch too as well. I just like to see the positive side of this crazy situation. I can’t complain.
