Spasticity and headaches

Spasticity and headaches

My headache has finally broke. I had it for three days this time. I thank modern medicine for keeping it quiet and letting me function. This time without a doubt it was caused by my spasticity. I felt the all too familiar feeling hit me on Saturday. I woke up and my entire back was in a tight knot. The one I describe like a spaghetti fork. It feels like someone took all my tendons and twisted them onto a fork like when you twist spaghetti to eat it. It is painful. It comes out of nowhere and the pain causes the headache. It is from the extreme tightness in my back. Then just as fast as it can come it can go. My back is still tight but not as severely as it was. Thankfully neurontin helps. Not an easy symptom of MS.
