It is beautiful out although slightly chilly. That doesn’t stop me from opening windows to let some fresh air through.
I don’t mind the chill, it feels nice because the sun is hitting this side of the building. Once the sun starts to move I will start to freeze. The temperature is only 46 degrees out, not really windows open weather. It’s that sun hitting so directly that adds so much heat. It feels really nice.
I’ve been feeling pretty good again since the infusion. I have found that I get tired easily. This is the second week that I still haven’t done any rigorous workouts. I’m still moving every morning but I have not put any cardio with my MS gym exercises. Even without the cardio, I find that my legs are still pretty tired by the late afternoon.
I’m not sleeping great. I fall asleep easily but I find that I’ve been up for a chunk of time every night. I don’t know what that’s about. I’m used to being up to pee all the time but I usually do fall back to sleep. Lately I just haven’t been falling back to sleep so I’m tossing and turning for like 2+ hours. Lack of sleep is always a problem. However it’s not even like I’m waking up and I’m so tired, I’m actually up earlier and I feel fine. I am definitely fizzling out energy wise much earlier but I don’t feel sleepy. I don’t know, maybe it’s the weather change or the whole time clock thing. Eventually, I’m sure it will work itself out.
My weeks are quiet because I’m preparing to have some work done in my condo. Once again to make things more handicap accessible. I’m just taking each day one day at a time. I can’t complain. I’m always thankful for my family and my dogs getting me through another infusion. A special shout out to my little sister who moved back from California and it’s just so amazing to have her home and so close.
